ORDER

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

If your address details are incorrect, please email us immediately so we can do our best to change it for you. After your order has been dispatched we are no longer able to amend the address.

If you have ordered the wrong size or color or just want to change the item you ordered, we are sorry but we cannot accommodate this.

 

SHIPPING

How long does it take to receive my product?

Depending on your location times may vary.

It takes on average 5-15 business days to reach USA.

Canada, Europe and Asia might take a little longer.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you when the order is shipped. If for some reason you don’t receive it, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Why did I receive only one part of my order?

Don’t be alarmed! Sometimes we ship your products from different warehouses, depending on the availability.

I didn’t receive my order.

If you think your parcel is lost, please double check the address details that you entered when you placed your order.

We can't take responsibility for missing parcels if the wrong information has been entered at the checkout, and if we were not informed of any changes before the dispatch date.

If your order details are correct, please email us and we will do our best to help! 

 

REFUNDS

Can I make a refund?

All our products are made to order, which means they’re made especially for you. For this reason, we can only issue a refund if you have received a defective item. In this case kindly email us attaching the photo of the defective item. Note that this has to be done within 3 days after delivery.

My item is faulty, what should I do? 

If your item is faulty, we're very sorry! Please do not return it, but contact us first to arrange the next steps. You must inform us if your order has arrived faulty within 3 days of receipt. 

 

DONATIONS

What portion is donated to the charity?

50% of all profits go to various ocean conservation organizations.

We are not a registered charity. We are here to raise awareness, sell cute products with a message but most importantly, support registered charities through your donations.

If you would prefer to just donate to charities without purchasing anything from us, we encourage it!
